DECRETOS DE 30 DE JULHO DE 2008
O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA, no uso da atribuição que lhe confere o art. 84, inciso XXV, da Constituição, resolve EXONERAR, a pedido, JORGE ANTONIO DEHER RACHID do cargo de Secretário da Receita Federal do Brasil, do Ministério da Fazenda.
