Tivemos a oportunidade e orgulho em receber o prêmio internacional ‘Troféu Marketing & Negócios‘ 2008 com o lançamento do livro “A falência, a extensão da falência e a extensão dos efeitos da falência. A Disregard Doctrone e outros estudos.” em homenagem do Dr. Hélio da Silva Nunes, fundador do escritório e que, infelizmente, nos deixou ‘fisicamente’ no ano de 2007. Ele é o verdadeiro merecedor desse prêmio e do livro por sua reconhecida competência e seus estudos (pequenos ‘tratados’) que o levaram à fama de jurista e de um verdadeiro ‘fenômeno’ do direito, principalmente na área em que mais atuava. Agradecimento carinhoso à Dra. Aurelia Fanti, sua leal companheira, que foi quem financiou e tornou viável o projeto com sua indispensável colaboração.
Especial agradecimento ao Senhor Jonas Assis Silva que foi quem tornou possível esse nosso projeto e sob sua coordenação se fez presente a imediata publicação da obra, bem como aos ilustres colegas que prestaram as belíssimas homenagens ao Dr. Hélio no livro, Dr. Luis Eduardo Morais Almeida, Dr. Elias Katudjian, Dr. Walter Martins Pinheiro, Dr. Fernando Celso de Aquino Chad e Dr. José Boschiero.
